Began her practice in search of personal healing from having had a traumatic childhood. She set a goal to train and obtain her Baptiste 200 hour certification which has led her down a path of great awareness. Baptiste allowed her the ability to know that she wanted to continue her education and be of service to greater populations. She has since obtained over 40 hours of Trauma-Sensitive Yoga with the Trauma Center and her Prison Yoga certification. Her dedication to serving people in Staten Island has also led her to rehabilitation centers and senior centers, where she teaches chair and gentle yoga to the senior population. She is extremely grateful to her community and leaders at Be Yoga and Dance.
