ALL LEVELS POWER FLOW
An energizing, challenging and powerful vinyasa (flow) created by Baron Baptiste known as Journey Into Power. This class will leave you feeling rinsed and revitalized. Expect to move, sweat and leave transformed! This class is heated and is suitable for all levels.
CREATIVE FLOW (INTERMEDIATE)
Creative flow is a heated intermediate level flow practice where you will explore shapes and movement that is “outside of the box”. Some former experience of physical yoga practice is highly recommended before attending creative flow!
SLOW FLOW
An anatomical alignment focused Vinyasa class that is balanced between the power of breath and the freedom of health. This class involves building core strength through total body integration. You will sweat and feel aligned! This class is heated and open to all levels.
POWER FLOW & RESTORE
Power Flow & Restore begins with an invigorating power flow to refresh and awaken your body and progresses into pure restoration. You will slow down, breath deep with ease into restorative poses to relax and restore your body.
BASIC FLOW (NH)
A great class to introduce yourself to Power Yoga. Poses will be taught slowly and at a pace to create accessibility to Power Yoga Expect to move, sweat and leave transformed! This class is non- heated and is suitable for beginners & all levels.
BASIC FLOW & MEDITATION (NH)
A great class to introduce yourself to Power Yoga & meditation. Poses will be taught slowly and pace of class will be accessible to all levels. Expect to move to build up heat and transition into a seated meditation practice.
DONATION ALL LEVELS POWER FLOW

Class is by Donation. Suggested donation $10.00.
RESTORATIVE PRACTICE
In this crazy world we live in it is common to find ourselves existing in fight or flight mode (running from a bear!) in our day to day lives. This class is a chance to carve out space for quiet and stillness, so that the rest and digest portion of your nervous system can get some much needed self care This practice is totally passive and supported with props,and is perfect for anyone and everyone.

You will center & ground your body through, breath work, fascia release exercises, followed by a steady flow of postures to build strength, balance, and flexibility. Great class if you a recovering from an injury, are brand new to movement with minimal flexibility, students recovering from illness or injury, and mothers to be, and mothers returning after at least 6 weeks from giving birth.

Once you flow you will end class with Yoga Nidra—known as yogic sleep—is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
KIDS YOGA (AGES 3-11)
Kids will learn yoga poses while creating a playful, fun class experience through games, props and music. Classes focus on building self-confidence, strength and concentration. Children are encouraged to express themselves and connect with each other through Yoga and free expression.
Free Meditation available to the be community. If you are new to meditation or have been practicing join us for a community sit. We offer Maitri Meditation, Shamatha Meditation , and Guided Meditations.
