Children’s Breath Workshop – Oct. 29th



This children’s breath workshop is going to teach children how to use their breathe to calm down, focus, energize and restore. Children will learn different ways to breathe and stay connected to their true selves in the face of drama/stress. Yoga and creative movement will be utilized as  well to create release, vitality and and self-expression.   We’ll discuss the value of using breath and Yoga to manage emotional reactions and make mindful decisions. Ages 7+  Led by Elizabeth D’Aiello @ Be Yoga & Dance
